The main purpose of this study is to find out how high school students with physical handicapped use the internet and languages on the internet. The subject of this study was 345 high school students with physical handicapped at 11 schools. Considering the internet, three factors such as the experience of the internet, the frequency of the internet, and the dependency of the internet were researched. In terms of the languages on the internet, three aspects such as the use of languages on the internet, the misuse and the overuse of languages on the internet, and the education of the internet were researched. Results of this study are summarized as follow.Firstly, according to this study, it represents that the experience, the frequency, and the dependency of the internet are quite high. Considering the experience of the internet, men are higher than women.Secondly, the use of languages on the internet are quite high, the proper education of the internet is not organized and not performed well, and languages on the internet are overused and misused.
