This study investigates and analyzes the assets that the local residents are interested in and the perception and necessity of the residents. Based on the results of the analysis, we will contribute to the creation of a physical environment in which specificity can be highlighted, and at the same time to promote resident - driven urban regeneration projects with local residents.
