This study is a comparative analysis a social cooperative children’s center, daycare centers entrusted to a cooperative organization, and public social cooperative daycare centers. For this study, the researcher conducted focus group and in-depth interviews with five childcare centers. The author also interviewed a government employee, an activist in 『Co-care and Comminity Education』, and officials related to the social economic center. It was analyzed experience the establishment process and value realization. Research results as follows: first of all, the case of the social cooperative children’s center, parents are running autonomously and their parents are actively involved. However, it is very difficult to maintain or build a daycare center because of the high cost and cost of parents such as building rents and teacher salaries. Second, the case of daycare centers entrusted to a cooperative organization, there are positive aspects such as environment of eco-friendly childcare and community expansion based on cooperative childcare. However, since the frame of the existing public children’s center is maintained, there are limitations to the flexible management of the organization. Third, the case of public social cooperative daycare centers, mutual trust and a community atmosphere were formed with the participation of parents and the opening of daycare centers. However, there were negative aspects such as the inconsistency in the operation of cooperative organizations following the topdown establishment. In short, the examples in this study are positive in that they try to create a trusted child care center and take care of together. In order to create, maintain, and active a cooperative children’s center, one need to improve the proper system and policy support for the diverse cooperative organizations.
