The primary purpose of this study was to test the influence of leisure motivation on the negotiation of leisure constraints and leisure sports participation. This study has sampled participant of leisure sports above at the age of 19 living capital area in 2009, and the study has then sampled three hundred people using purposive sampling method. But, a practical set to final analysis was 249 people. Questionnaire validity was verified through experts meeting and factor analysis and reliability was verified through reliability analysis. Reliability of questionnaire has showed above Cronbach`s α=755. The method of handing data were put into factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The results are; 1) The higher intrinsic value, the negotiation of leisure constraints and the higher motivation, the negotiation of leisure constraints. 2) The more effort to aspiration change of leisure activity, the higher leisure participation frequency, the more leisure activity filling energy and effort to cope with anguish, the leiser a period of leisure participation, and further, the higher intensity of participation. 3) Leisure motivation immediately affects leisure sports participation, and also it indirectly affects through overcoming efforts of leisure constraints. The negotiation of leisure constraints is important factor to leisure motiation and a period of leisure Sports participation.
