Product for the small-loan finance are support system that is being implemented to support housing, household stability and business loan.
The aim of this study is to analysis the effect of the hosing satisfaction of the user of product for the small-loan finance according to purpose of use
The analysis is done based on 1,879 significant research materials gathered from the questionnaires. For analysis methodology, this research is using SPSS 22.0, along with analytic techniques, such as implementation of basic statistical analysis, multiple regression analysis.
Through this study, influencing relationship on how the important factors can affect the housing satisfaction is figured out.
The results of the study are as follows:
First, users of housing loans and livelihood funds have the most influence on the satisfaction of residents by improving the long - term residence part of the residence.
Second, the users of business loans have the most effect on the satisfaction of the residents by improving the improvement of housing.
Third, the product for the small-loan finance according to purpose of use showed a clear difference in the effect of improving overall life, household economy, and residential environment of users.
