The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships among self-efficacy, educational satisfaction, and altruism for college students in first aid certificate program. By using convenience sampling method, college students were selected to participate in the survey. They were drawn from the Korean Sport Training Center organized by Redcross. The self-efficacy constructs of first aid were first subjected to conformity content analysis to prove construct validity. Crobach’s αwere calculated to prove reliability. Regression analyses were performed to identify the relationships among study variables by path analysis. Results are as follows: First, self-efficacy was also found to be the statistically significant positive predictor of educational satisfaction. Second, self-efficacy was found to be the statistically significant positive predictor of altruism.
