The educational demand in the schools of branches and education institutes not only has increased dramatically, but the number of education support staff has also decreased. Thus, it makes difficult to retain existing education methods, such as collecting and educating students in one place. Innovations in the education have become inevitable. In order to cope with changes in such situations, our Army has implemented distance learning education since 2009. However, in the case of military school education, the distance learning curriculum is still only 26% of the curriculum. In this paper, (1) we analyze the cost-effectiveness of the training programs by applying the training and evaluation model, (2) establishing conditions for distributed learning by applying Delphi and AHP techniques, (3) and verify the necessity of expanding the distributed learning curriculum in the military school education by suggesting the necessary improvement plan to improve the effectiveness through questionnaire surveys and expert discussions.
