석회화 건염을 포함한 석회침착성 질환은 슬관절 내에는 드물게 발생하는 병변으로 이를 보고하는 문헌도 제한되어 있으며 특히 후방십자인대에 발생한 동통성 석회침착의 국내 보고는 없었다. 저자들은 슬관절 후방십자인대에 발생한 동통성 석회침착을 관절경하에서 절제 후 병리학적으로 확진하였으며 임상적으로 좋은 결과를 보였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다.
