The main purpose of this research is to evaluate residential environment each districts and examine factor which can be influential to the satisfaction of residential environment and to evaluate using data of condition survey for residence on 2014.
There are many factors by reflected sense of citizen that would cause multicollinearity. So, the research method was selected PLS(Patial Least Square) regession analysis instead of typical multiple regession analysis.
According to the result, in the case of type 1(Groups of Over average), the most important factor is represented satisfaction of house(VIP:1.171). But, in the case of type 2(Groups of under average), It is appeared crime prevention condition of public order and crime, etc(VIP : 1.419).
therefore, It needs to provide house and clean environment for improvement of residential environment in the region of high satisfaction of residential environment and to reflect safety concerned crime, public order, walk in the row one considering regional characteristics in Incheon metropolitan city. Also, in common, accessability of Infrastructure that are commerce, medical treatment, culture, public transportation need to increase.
This study is very meaningful to analysis factor affecting satisfaction of residential environment and to suggest implication using the data of condition survey for residence which has public confidence. It also may be useful research basis to making the further plan when service for improvement of residential environment will perform in Incheon metropolitan city
