The object of this paper is to construct an ideal aspects of business ethic and consumer's behavior in Islamic system. For the purpose of the subject, the thesis dealt with three categories. They are an overview about Islamic economic system in the respect of business custom, which includes microeconomic foundation, and basic theory of business operation, and analysing on the options of muslim consumer in the market. Islamic business ethic may be defined as the moral principal that distinguish what is right according to the Islamic tradition. To present the ideal model and its theoretical economic implications, a number of problems were encountered. First, the identification of the Islamic economic system is impossible without some familiarity with Shari'a or the legal basis on which it is based and from which it is deduced; hence the necessity of engaging an introductory of legal sources of Islam. Actually, Islamic business customs can be derived from a single legal source which is acceptable to all muslims. The Islamic consumer's behavior is partially needs of human and partially divine. If his behavior was totally prescriptive and therefore completely predictable, there is no problems with the determination of his expected reactions and behaviors, where the author deal with economic behavior of the Islamic consumer and firm. The fact that makes the Islamic actor a difficult being to come to terms with induced by rationality and divine revelations. All empirical test of the hypotheses under such conditions in this paper would have perfect predictive accuracy and prove, that will be come out from the realm of economic theory because economic decisions pit the rationality of the Islamic economic philosophy.
