This research has the purpose of studying about understanding of Buddhism, also studying and comprehending the philosophy of Buddhism. Beside, the research will study the contents of education in the Buddhist way, the meaning of education, and analysing it’s process, and the educational system in Thailand. The research consists of : 1. Analysing Thai educational plans and the education in the meaning of Buddhist way. 2. The education in Buddhist style is used as the positive way of making the solution for social problems; by starting from oneself. Laying the foundation of Thai society from the past is about the process of using the wisdom, the behaviour and the mental development. 3. Since the age of Ayutaya dynasty Buddhism had been influenced by the western faith and culture which decline the faith from Buddhism but it still be in the center of life and mind of the Thai. 4. The concept of Buddhist education sets value on that human devotes him or herself to learn both internal and external, narrowly and widely Buddhist education, in the process, has important to learn about Three Jewels, Tripitaka, Precepts, Concentration, Wisdom to upbringing as a completed human, and also learn about Buddhist manner and ritual. The education needs to proceed within the enviornment of learning management and interaction with good friends. 5. The evaluation factors of Buddhist education consist of the overall levels of three educations; clemency, tolerance and wisdom. The basic contents of Buddhism education in school compose of the Three education, the Four Noble Truths, the Eight Noble Path and the Analytical Reflection of Dhammam. The Buddhist education process on the base of Buddhist philosophy. It is a distinctive education system in Thai society which has been belived as a main principle of Thai way of life.
