This study was to provide useful information about effective management strategies of adapted physical activities class by analyzing perception of voluntary teachers. In the study, 10 voluntary teachers working as assistant teachers in adapted physical activities class were interviewed. The data collected by in-depth interview were analyzed through qualitative content analysis. As fulfilling the role of voluntary teacher, they perceived the needs of physical activities among children with disability and adapted physical activities class clearly. In addition, they pointed out that external and internal constraints of participations should be removed to perform actively as voluntary teachers and that the motives of participation need to be enhanced. Furthermore, they indicated that voluntary teachers of adapted physical activities class with abilities and qualifications are needed to activate adapted physical activities class.
