The purpose of the research is to find out what are the influences of employees at small-medium sized companies located in Gyeong-Gi(Sihwa & Banwol & Bucheon city) industrial complex on work satisfactions and organizational commitments according to the managers’ leadership types. In order to achieve the purpose of the research, we analyzed the measured result of Likert scale 5 of 256 copies of effective data conducted from May 9 to May 27 2014 by using SPSS 20.0 program. The results of the research are as follows. First, the manager’s leadership type showed a positive (+) influence on the organizational commitment. Second, it has been analyzed that a charisma, endeavor inspiration, circumstantial reimbursement and exceptional management statistically have a positive (+) influence on the work satisfaction. Third, it has been analyzed that the work satisfaction as to managers has a statistical meaning to a work satisfaction of a total mediating effect at a mediating effect on the managers’ leadership types and the organizational commitment.
