Education and political integration, education and social integration, education and cultural integration might influence each other and vice versa. For the educational integration of Korean Peninsular, At this point of time, we should take consider the implication of Neo-functionalism and Pluralism theory rather than federalism. Peoples need right information to cultivate social integration and ideal public awareness. After all, education would take charge of providing such information and promoting the attitude toward integration. It is also necessary for Koreans to be educated before unification to prepare for cultural conflicts rather than expectation of unification.Furthermore, we put emphasis on strengthening cultural education for North Koreans. Namely, the driving of rapid awareness reformation could be performed only by education. Education could make decisive turnaround or opportunity for the advance to national integration, which could return to the education for mutual understanding, the education for peace and the education for democratic citizen.
