It occurs a lot to receive violence and a threat by an agreement rule of a companion in mother and child health law when pregnant woman will have an abortion recently in Korea.
In the future, it must revise the mother and child health law of Korea to reduce such a problem to receive a diagnosis for abortion from a doctor more than two people when pregnant woman will have an abortion such as the U. K., and so on.
And, in the future, it must revise the mother and child health law of Korea to reduce such a problem to give the opportunity that can think of abortion of a pregnant woman again while doing a consultation procedure of a doctor before pregnant woman will have an abortion such as the U. S., Germany, France and so on.
Besides, in the future, it must revise the mother and child health law of Korea to reduce such a problem to give the a few periods that pregnant woman can think of between consultation of a doctor and abortion operations of a pregnant woman when pregnant woman will have an abortion such as the U. S., France and so on.
Moreover, mother and child health law must take an agreement of abortion of a companion in principle when pregnant woman of an adult will have an abortion. But in the future, it must revise this provision of the mother and child health law of Korea to reduce such a problem to commit feticide only by decision of a pregnant woman without getting an agreement of abortion of a companion exceptionally such as the U. K., and so on.
