A Study on the Multimodal Transport law in China Normally, Multimodal transport means the international Multimodal Transport. In compliance with United Nations Convention on International Multimodal Transport of Goods 1980, the International Multimodal Transport is provided in article 1(1) and that means the carriage of goods by at least two different modes of transport on the basis of multimodal transport contract from a place in one country at which the goods are taken in charge by the multimoal transport operator to a place designated for delivery situated in a different country. In the recent, the many people has been interested in these multimodal transport related of the east-north asia, specially, china. Also, when it tries to observe a trade present condition between our country and china, we know that it grows annual average 21% of 7,930 million dollar(2004) from 1,170 million dollar(1994) and the amount of goods transport grows the annual average 12% of 84 million ton(2004) from 27 million ton(1994) Nevertheless, the study on the multimodal transport of china is not nearly become accomplished. Therefore, In these thesis, I will investigate into the actual conditions of going into the china of our goods transport enterprise and the difference of the related law of the mentioned multimodal transport between our country and china. Consequentially, I hope that this thesis be of use the our enterprise's going into the china.
