The object of this paper is to construct ideal aspects of petro-economy after the Iraqi war. To perform the object, the writer would investigate the effects of uncertainty associated with changes of oil price that have adversely affected on the economic growth in the oil based industrialized world. In the analysis, the paper dealt with three main categories; an analysis on the oil price changes; oil price changes and economic development; and the effect of the changes and the prospects about the international oil pricing system in the respect of world economic stability. The study is organized as follows: Section I is a general introduction in which an overview and prospective for the research is presented. Section II present a brief description for the related existing price changing of oil after Iraqi war. Section III will analysis the structural characteristics of oil depending economies in the world. Section IV will focus on the oil price changes and industrial policy of oil import Countries. Section V will be present a summary of policy implication and would provide the conclusion as well. The debate would produce the proposition about the sharp increase of oil price after the Iraqi war that may induce general economic instability and serve as deterrence to investment and economic growth of the oil import countries.
