This study is intended to demonstrate and suggest the form change of hair-cut style by using a A-line for a slice line which divides a section during hair-cut and applying hair length, angle, and base. Then it aims at providing basic materials of theoretical basis for cut design education and in the field. Using a mannequin for an empirical proof, a A-line was applied to slice lines of all works and hair-cut was done by selecting 5 cm, 15 cm, and 25 cm for hair length; on the base,front side base, and rear side base for base; and 30˚, 45˚, 90˚, and 100˚ for angle. As a result, it was demonstrated that although hair-cut was done by applying a A-line equally to all slice lines which divide a section, hair length, angle, and base made hair long or short, influenced the form and form line of hair, and finally changed hair style. Therefore, it is suggested that it is necessary to control and combine factors of form change according to a use in hair-cut design.
