In modern days, as the expression for the characteristics has become free, the avant-garde expression which has the strongest creativity is shown and with the provision of the various perspective and variation in the expression aspects, the importance of the meaning is widening. This research has analyzed the expression characteristics of the modern avantgarde hair style from typifying the character of the avant-garde fashion, and for this, the research has performed the theoretical research and the analysis about the empirical visual data. When taking a look at characteristics of the expression from the avant-garde hair style in classifying groupage of the multiple space time, research about the new sense of the art, expression of the multiple sexual expression and the free composition, it is denying the current standardized hair style, and developed into the progressed form of hair style by the re-combination and the separation of the image elements, and the characteristics of the design gives joy about the distortion and unexpected things for each elements.
