This study aimed to investigate the effects of the supervisees' individual aspects and the structural and functional aspects of supervision on their supervision satisfaction in social work field practicum. The subjects were 105 students in middle adulthood, studying social work at one of the cyber universities in Seoul, Korea. Quantitative data were collected through standardized measurements: 1 item asking overall supervision satisfaction; Learning Style Inventory(Kolb, 1985); 4 items asking frequency, types, contents, methods of supervision from Kim and Yang's (2002) supervision questionnaire; and 36 items asking supervision functions based on Middleman and Rhodes(1985)'s theory from Kim and Yang's (2002) supervision questionnaire. The data were analyzed, using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the types of supervision and administrative function of supervision influenced the overall supervision satisfaction of the supervisees. Also, the contents of supervision affected the categories of supervision satisfaction. Based on the results, implications were suggested for social-work students in adulthood in cyber universities.
