This study was aimed to find that the influences of after-school Taekwondo program experiences would effect on the happiness of elementary school students’ lives, focusing on their psychological resilience. To achieve this purpose, total of three students were selected as participants from the W Elementary School located in K city – a metropolitan city who have participated in the Taekwondo program for over six months. The study includes contents about the resilience and its value that the participants have experienced from their Taekwondo activities based on their profound interview data and personal Physical Eucation journals. The collected data was analyzed in two stages (exploration period and enhance period) by the methods, such as domain analysis and taxonomic analysis, which were proposed by Spradly (1979). The exploration period was about the risk factors and the process of recovery that the students have faced before and after the research and in the enhance period, their resilience were increasing on the course of recovering the risk and protective factors.
