This study is to seek and examine the connection between job satisfaction and job-related stress of aestheticians and to analyze the various factors of stress. The results obtained through this research are as follows. First, the degree of job-related stress of aestheticians in retail is 3.14 on an average level. On top, there are stress-related working conditions such as workload, pay, working hours, followed by the mental burden caused by job character and performance. The degree of job satisfaction is 3.05 on an average level. The satisfaction with completing the work and confidence ranks top, followed by the settled relationship, stability at work and that of work conditions like pay raise, promotion and benefits ranks low. Second, on the degree of job-related stress, are the differences depending on gender, age, scholarly attainments, marital status, workload, working span, and support providers. In other words, the group of female-workers, below 35 years old, college graduates, single, within 7 years of working span and no support providers has higher level of stress caused by task. Third, on the degree of job satisfaction, there are differences depending on age, scholarly attainments, marital status, workload, working span, and support providers. Finally, the most influential factors are the stress on working conditions; support providers have a direct effect on job satisfaction, while age and workload have indirect factors on it.
