This study is aimed to provide some basic data to arrange the hair up-style of commercial from awareness that has been leading the fashion of hair styles by the propagation power of media on TV advertisement by comparing models' images in picture message on TV cosmetics advertisement and the characteristic of advertising picture compares to the hair up- style and by distinguishing how models' hair styles are shown depending on the image of products and copies. The method of study is on the center of cosmetics advertisement analyzed through the physically revealed body parts and expression, clothes on the characteristic of models on TV Ads and the graphic image is also analyzed through semilogical symbolism distintion of 'the feature of picture image and color and background', 'text' and Up-style is ultimately analyzed through 'volume' and 'flow of hair' and characterized by some comprehensive meanings. As the result of this study was meant the phenomenological distinction that made women's image which is gradually tough and confident was made from the mild and pure Korean women's image in old time through hair Up-style with the characteristic of commercial models that have been focusing Korean traditional images on TV cosmetics Ads.
