This study was proceeded based on investigation of existing studies. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to test difference according to characteristics of all the variables, demographic characteristics, and characteristics of dining-out consumption behavior with type of each restaurant service delivery process failure, each service delivery process failure, dissatisfaction, and customer's complaint behavior intention. As results of empirical analysis. First, based on test on difference of demographic variable about four service delivery process failure experience, there were statistically significant differences in gender, age group, whether married or ont, and monthly income. Second, As a result of testing difference according to demographic characteristics of dissatisfaction and customer's complaint behavior intention, all the variables of demographic characteristics showed statistically significant differences in dissatisfaction and customer's compaint behavior intention. Third, As a result of analyzing differences according to characteristics of dining-out consumption behavior about four service delivery process failure experience, there were statistically significant differences in companion and average expending among variables for characteristics of dining-out consumption behavior.
