The purpose of this study is to investigate how the followership types of food serviceemployee had influence on the job satisfaction by using employment status which is moderating variable. For this purpose, self-reported questionnaires were distributed to 400 subjects and 389 sincere response were put to final analysis. The established hypotheses were verified frequency, reliability, factor analysis, moderator regression by using SPSS program. The results were as follows: Firstly, the characteristics of followership suggested byKelly were significantly correlated with affective job satisfaction in foodservice employees. Secondly, followership affects job satisfaction and employment status partially worksmoderating effect. As these results, it was suggested that followership and employment status should be factor measuring the effect of job satisfaction. Even though employment status works moderating effect, all temporary position should not change to permanent position. This study regards meaning that followership type be tried to develop by studying advantage of temporary position. If the servey be got from more food service company, it should be found more various type of followership even though this study get the result. It remains task which investigate not only the study of follower but also the relation of follower and leader by getting participation change to leader.
