The objectives of this study are (1) to analyze the significance of the value of regional festival program in order to be useful to regional festivals’ promoter and organizer, (2) to seek for efficient ways to manage visitors in order to increase satisfaction of visitor and (3) to provide the theoretical and practical implications for hosting and organizing regional festivals successfully. Firstly, the findings suggest that the value of the regional festival program had a significant (positive) effect on the impact of regional festivals. Secondly, the relationship between the value of regional festival program and negative emotions of regional festival was not statistically significant. Thirdly, there was no statistical significance observed between the value of regional festival program and positive emotions of regional festival. Fourth, the value of a regional festival program had a significant (negative) effect on negative emotions of regional festival. Fifth, the impact of regional festivals had a significant beneficial effect on positive emotions of regional festival. Sixth, the impact of regional festivals had a significant (positive) effect on regional festival satisfaction. Seventh, the relationship between negative emotions of regional festival and regional festival satisfaction was not statistically significant. Lastly, positive emotions of regional festival had a significant (positive) effect on regional festival
