This study was provide a practical suggestion to Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty by identifying the rice cake cafe. Interviewing method was adopted for the survey which carried out from June to July 2013. Out of 450 distributed survey sheets 397 were responded, and among them 9 were excluded due to severe tendency of bias or inconsistency for analysis. For remaining 388 responses, SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 was applied for factorial analysis and reliability verification. Then, covariance analysis was carried out for the verification of hypothesis of the study. Summary of the results are as follow. First, tangibility has positive effect on customer satisfaction.
Second, reliability has positive effect on customer loyalty. Third. certainty has positive effect on customer loyalty. Final, customer satisfaction has positive effect on customer loyalty.
