The purpose of this study investigated performance evaluation justice, trust in supervisor,and organizational commitment in super deluxe hotel market. Based on theories and previous studies, it as was proposed that three types of performance evaluation justice including distribution justice, procedural justice, and interaction justice significantly affect trust in supervisor and organizational commitment. A theoretical model was proposed and then tested with data collected from 276 hotel employees. the results of this study, through actual analysis, are as follows. Firstly, performance evaluation justice positively affected trust in supervisor. Secondly, performance evaluation justice partially affected organizational commitment. Third, trust in supervisor positively affected organizational commitment. Based on these findings, managerial and theoretical implications are discussed in the last part of this paper.
