저자들은 고열, 설사, 신부전과 혈청 검사에서 한타 바이러스 항원에 대한 항체 반응을 보인 환자에서 신증후군 출혈열의 임상양상과 함께 폐부종 및 호흡부전을 보인 한타 바이러스 폐 증후군의 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다.
