내시경 점막하 박리술(endoscopic submucosal dissection)은 림프절 전이가 없는 조기 위장관암의 기본 치료로 널리 받아들여지고 있다[1]. 발생할 수 있는 합병증으로는 출혈, 천공, 협착, 흡인성 폐렴, 정맥혈전색전증, 공기색전증 등이 보고되고 있으나 대개 내시경적 치료나 보존적 치료로 호전을 보인다[1].
