In the era before digital still camera and video camera have evolved differently. However, the advent of digital cameras on the relationships between them gives the flexibility to connect. The advent of digital cameras, further raised the possibility of change and development for video media. One of the most significant change is that the still camera has video capabilities and the video camera has still capabilities. As a result, the current persons are being made with video recording capabilities of still camera to movie and with a video camera to photographs. So, Department of Photography should be changed according to develop of digital camera. Therefore, they have been required for training both photos and video. In this paper is a study on motion picture using digital image for understanding of the relationships that taken photography and video with digital cameras, and that can be presented how to build applications.
