ABSTRACT A Study of the Relations among Early Childhood Teacher's Variables Empowerment and Job Satisfaction Mun, Byung Hwan (Mokpo Catholic University) Cho, Eun Jung (Donga Injae University) This study was aimed to explore the relationship among early childhood teacher’s variable empowerment and job satisfaction. The subjects of this study 175 teacher who were working in kindergartens in G Metropolitan City and M City. The Collected data were analyzed by Pearson’s r and Multiple Regression analysis. The result showed that there were significant correlations between individual variable and empowerment and between individual variable and job satisfaction. Furthermore, individual variable is reliable predictors of empowerment and job satisfaction. key words: early childhood teacher, empowerment, job satisfaction
