This study search the factors influencing patients' satisfaction and loyalty for medical service in Western and Korean general hospital. Data used in this study are the questionnaire contents of 1,166 patients that collected by customer satisfaction survey of D general hospital in Busan from 2011 to 2012. Data analysis methods are path analysis model, statistical models are considered such as Western medicine model, Korean medicine model, cooperative treatment model, and the factors influencing patients' satisfaction and loyalty are compared. The results of research are as follows. Firstly, for patients' satisfaction, the common factors in three model are not exist. The common factors in two model of Western medicine model and cooperative treatment model are doctor medical level and nurse concern & explanation, and of Korean medicine model and cooperative treatment model are medical staff skill level. The factors in only one model are, receipt convenience and doctor concern & explanation in Western medicine model, information convenience and administrative staff kindness in Korean medicine model, staff concern & explanation in cooperative treatment model. Secondly, for patients' loyalty, the common factors in three model are satisfaction and doctor medical level, the common factor in two model of Western medicine model and cooperative treatment model is doctor concern & explanation. But doctor concern & explanation is not an influence on loyalty in Korean medicine model.
