Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effect of P s o r a l e a e S e m e n extract and korean medical treatments on 3 psoriasis patients. Methods : 200g of Psoraleae Semen was dipped in 1000㎖ of alcohol for 7days. The residue was filtered to use the solution. Extract was applied to psoriasis and UVB rays were irradiated for 10 minutes or more. PASI(psoriasis area and severity) score was used to check the prognosis of 3 psoriasis patients. Results : All three cases achieved PASI 50 within 4 weeks and two of 3 cases reached PASI 75 within 4 weeks. Conclusions : P s o r a l e a e S e m e n extract and korean medical treatments is effective method for treating Psoriasis. It can shorten the duration of treatment of Psoriasis.
