This study is written for analyzing what the most significant elements are in Brazil, where the Korean firms should subjugate and adjust to various obstacles, especially in condition of network competitiveness. The essential purpose of this study is to test empirically some relations of between the managing strategy of network competitiveness by Korean firms and the management performances: sales expansion, profit growth and management satisfaction of Korean firms operating in Brazil. This study is organized in two stages. First, the study model is designed by reappraising relevant theories, previous studies and the current investment qualifications in local Brazil. Second, the survey of Korean firms taken part in investment activities is implemented by collecting questionnaires. SPSS 12.0 for windows is being activated for correlation, reliability, validity and multi regression and finally the statistical method of structural equation modeling is utilized to testing the hypothesis by AMOS 7.0 for windows. In conclusion partially, for sales expansion, Korean enterprises are proved to activate the network competitive advantage called supplier rather than other 3 factors of distributors, internal workers and consumers
