Post program analysis demonstrated the subject's gait improved in the following ways. The subject demonstrated increased step and stride length, while being able to walk for longer periods of time. The subject also demonstrated reduced upper body movement, and improved upper body orientation and stability. Further, via increased muscle activity, decreased peak impact force was observed. Overall, practicing basic ballet movements had a positive impact the gait of a child with cerebral palsy.
