The anterior interosseous nerve syndrome is a rare focal neuropathy with typical clinical and electromyographic features.
A number of etiologies have been implicated in this disorder and most commonly reported etiologies include spontaneous (idiopathic), fracture of the forearm and arm, trauma, or prolonged pressure on the forearm. However, we experienced one case of anterior interoeesous nerve syndrome in the postpartum period, which was not related to trauma. To the best of our knowledge, there are a few case reports in Korea.
