In order to train cadres of the revolution for the KMT and the CCP, Government of the Soviet Union founded Sun Yat‐sen University in Moscow in 1925 for memory of Dr. Sun Yat‐sen. The school closed due to changes in domestic and international situation in the autumn of 1930. In this paper, I did a research on the foundation of the Sun Yat‐sen University, the way of its students enrolled, and the circs of Chinese students in Russia how to study, how to live and internal conflicts, as well as analyzed the far‐reaching political influence on both the KMT and the CCP. The first, I think that the Sun Yat‐sen University in Moscow has a potential impact to the KMT. The early years career to stay on the Russian had important implications to Chiang Ching‐kuo (who later became president of Taiwan). In addition to Chiang Ching‐kuo, the other some KMT's graduates of Sun Yat‐sen University also later became officeholder in various government and military systems. The Second, Sun Yat‐sen University had a special effect to the CCP. This school has trained a total of four group Chinese students to strengthen the backbone of the CCP and promoted the development of China revolution. The CCP's graduates had the excellence contribute on party's organization construction, theory propagandize, military expansion of and political power development. On the other hand, Wang Ming, Bo Gu become the head of some CCP's students graduated from Sun Yat‐sen University,they followed closely with the Soviet Union and soon form a faction within the CCP. They rapid control of the core leadership of the CCP under the deputy of Communist International sustain. Their implementation of the party "leftist" mistakes of the line made the Chinese Communist forces suffered heavy losses.
