Anti Hallyu (Anti- Korean Wave) phenomenon arose in 2005 and has been spreading amongst Chinese journalism, press, government, and general public. The purpose of this research is to identify which aspects this phenomenon assumes in those fields, and by addressing countermeasures and resolutions, maintain and improve Korean Wave now in crisis.
The conclusion, findings of this study are gathered and arranged, with reflection on its limitations for further studies. In some areas such as films, dramas, pop music, and fashion, there have been studies on Anti-Korean Wave. On the other hand, study on Anti-Korean Wave inside the local area has almost never been implemented. Therefore, this study finds its meaning that it has diversified and full-scale discussion on Anti-Korean Wave in the local area of China. However, this research has limitation that it doesn't make good use of the local documents and press released data. Therefore, by correcting those limitations and utilizing more objective and substantial research skills and correct statistic techniques, more verified outcome should be achieved.
