The study aims to develop English education programs to effectively teach classes in elementary school English experience centers. This research is conducted to find ways to teach English effectively in an elementary school English experience center, where students may constantly experience English. The goal is to develop a teaching and learning method that will enable differentiated instruction,and allow students of various levels to fulfill their expectations and take part in classes by themselves so that they can improve their self-confidence in English. The study will be comprised of research into current situations at school English centers and ways of their practical use, project learning design, instructional model development,teaching activity implementation and evaluation. Maximization of English communication ability for learners and reduction of class preparation for teachers is expected. Therefore, this study will hopefully contribute toward improved education quality and the more efficient managing of English experience centers.
