The aim of this article is to show the complication of prosodic structure, to reveal coordinative connection between phonetic and semantic features, to enlarge the representation of the system of prosodic units in comparison with the limited number of intonation patterns preexisted for the long period of time and also to show the isomorphism of combination accents of stressed syllable and also between syllables inside the whole word and also between words within a group of words. In the article we describe phrase accent as the main elements of intonation which appears as the basis on which intonation prosodic level is laid on. Accent makes the base for the intonation prosody, for a phrase common tonal contour (direction of pitch change) and its dynamic and temporal construction. Intonation layer of prosody overlaps with accent layer and reflects all accent formation. In the intonation two layers of prosody interact closely with accent and intonation. Accent layer is the base layer, which is layered prosodic intonation. Accent marks off stressed (and it neighbor) syllables in the word, utterance, phrase, etc. by means of prosodic features. When a person conveys the modal values and emotional meanings, the articulation of accentuation and the quality of the voice, I.e., timbre are changed. Depending on the prosodic means, accents are defined as tonal, dynamic and quantitative. Tonal accent can be perceived the most easily. The variety of forms of prosodic accent is determined by the large number of meaning conveyed by intonation and by their possible combinations.
