Security has a holistic position in a global world. The approaches to security are classified state-centered and human-centered. It is defined that national security is a protection of nation-state sovereignty by military power traditionally and human security is a improvement of personal right and condition in a daily life. This security concept converges on the same point by going global. Peoples are reflecting on the state-autonomy because of IGOs and non-state actors’ role in a international society. Global community ought to be able to intervene the failed-state through many paths and processes based on R2P rule. In this case, the territory and sovereignty of state is invaded by the other country’s army directly. Human security spheres, for example, poverty, environment, disease, human right, and so on, meet military security of nation-state. National and human security are crossed each other and have common senses. This phenomenon can be partly explained in terms of comprehensive security concept limitedly. Comprehensive security is composed of political, economic, cultural, and social aspects of multiple security. But its meaning has conceptual ambiguity in a real global world. Consequently, this paper pursued to introduce new comprehensive security concept and try global recognition of systematic approach to security.
