Korean is known to be a multiple specifier language. Especially, it allows multiple A-specifiers in certain constructions. However, it has not been much noticed that there is a subject/object asymmetry in Korean multiple A-specifier constructions: multiple subjects are less constrained than multiple objects. Given the movement analysis of multiple subject/ object constructions, the asymmetry is surprising because it is well established that generally subject domains are more restricted than object domains. In this paper, we will discuss the derivation of the multiple A-specifier constructions in Korean under some recent minimalist assumptions; especially those related to multiple spell-out. Meantime, it is showed that adopting Uriagereka's (1999) theory of multiple spell-out, the asymmetry between multiple subjects and multiple objects can be properly handled.
