Russian-Sino relations have reached the best level of cooperation during 20 years. Today, a strong and increasingly stable bilateral entente seems to have emerged, but neither state's future is mechanistically predictable. So, somebody has analyzed these questions carefully. For example, Vladimir Shlapentokh said that Russian-Sino relations contain the germs of aggressive confrontation as well as of cooperation. Stephen Blank analyze that China is only using its Russian tie as a bargaining chip vis-à-vis Washington. Nicklas Norling considered Russian-Sino relations as "Partners with Tensions". This article will attempt to identify these questions and prospect the future of Russian-Sino relations. So, this research proposes these questions and explains and analyze as it follows. First, this research reviews Russian-Sino relations chronologically and analyzes characters of them from post-Cold War world until September 11. Mechanism and contents of Russian-Sino relations are reviewed. Second, this research reviews Russian-Sino relations chronologically and analyzes characters of them from September 11 until the beginning of Obama Administration. The change and the influences of Russian-Sino relations by September 11 are reviewed. Third, the cooperation of Russian-Sino relations by these analyses is reanalyzed and the future of them is prospected. Especially the Russian-Sino relations is estimated after the rise of 'Chimerica'.
