다문화가정 자녀의 교육기본권 실현을 위한 실효성 있는 국가교육정책의 실행을 위해서는 국가교육책의 방향 설정과 그에 따른 과제의 시행부터 바르게 이루어져야 한다. 먼저, 국가교육정책의 방향설정에 있어서는, 다문화가정 교육정책은 민족주의적 폐쇄성이 아닌 보편적 시민성으로 승화시키는 교육정책으로 이루어져야 하며, 소수자 적응을 위한 분리주의 교육이 아닌, 다수자 인식전환을 위한 융합적 다문화가정 교육정책이 되어야 한다. 또한 편견 없는 공생사회의 실현을 위해 이주민의 문화와 언어를 존중할 뿐만 아니라 이들의 교육적 권리와 인권을 존중하게 하는 교육정책이 이루어져야 하며, 전 생애에 걸친 광범위한 교육정책으로 구성되어야 한다. 다음으로, 이러한 다문화가정 자녀에 대한 국가교육정책의 방향설정에 이어서 이를 구체적으로 실현하게 하는 정책적 과제로는 크게 네 가지 측면에서 제시할 수 있다. 즉, 다문화가정 학생을 중심으로 한 측면과 이들 학생을 지원하는 다문화가정 측면, 학생을 포함한 일반인, 사회구성원의 다문화가정 이해를 제고하기 위한 사회의 교육지원 측면, 그리고 마지막으로 국가의 전반적이고 체계적인 교육지원 정책적 측면으로 나누어 볼 수 있다.
Setting the direction of national education policy and its implementation of the project from the right should be performed of an effective national education policy for the realization of multicultural children's educational rights.
First, we set the direction of the national education policy in the multicultural education policy rather than nationalistic obstructive universal citizenship that turns to be made in education policy and separatist education for minorities, non-adaptive, multiple parties recognize the convergence for the transition ever multicultural education policy should be.
In addition to the realization of social harmony without prejudice of migrants, as well as respect for the culture and language of their educational rights and respect for human rights should be made to make education policies, whole life policies across a wide range of training should be organized.
We can consider educational support policies for the children of multicultural families as four parts of task of station. First of all, the aspect of status of the children of a multicultural family and the aspect of the multicultural family that support their children, next is the school that support the educational polict to practice status of the children of a multicultural family and finally the respect of social support for status of the children of a multicultural family.
This is mainly because the researchers ignored the diversity of motivation for immigration, backgrounds, and problems among these families. therefore, there is an immediate need to examine the current status of multicultural families in consideration of different subcategories for successful implementation of the related policies.
These four task of support policies of the children of a multicultural family are going for the goal and some projects are needed to repair and amend to practice. The presented study aims to understand better the current status of the children of a multicultural family.
This study will focus on the status of the children of a multicultural family who are currently enrolled in elementary school since it is the largest segment of the population. Based on the findings from the study, this study will provide some suggestions for creating new policies that will effectively support the academic education of these children.
