The purpose of this study is to understand recognition of referee's decision factor in Kumdo players and to find improvements ways for reducing distrust and improving fairness and reliability of referee. To achieve this study, 144 people from business-team players and four leaders were participated and in-depth interview have been done to establish data bases. To analyze, SPSS 19.0 program was adopted for the frequency analysis. In addition, to support the study validity, triangulation and cooperation among researcher, Kumdo experts, and sports psychologists have been performed by in-depth interview. The study results as follows. First, Unfairness perception by Kumdo players indicated 46.6% in part of judgement fairness. Second, 24.7% of players are not confident in referee's decision. Third, 95.1% of players appeal for a defeated experience through referee's unfairness in part of defeated frequency recognition. Fourth, Obstacle factors of fairness were players and leaders's school connection and regionalism and it indicated 56.9%. For improving this problems, first, the ways to make a professional researchers of judgement education. second, there is a need to reestablish the special status system to utilize within range of referee certification level. Lastly, to adopt a video replay in all Kumdo competitions.
