Donghak was the very important accident that showed the thought and movement of liberty-autonomy-nature. Although it had some limit of Confucian Utopianism, it is impossible to disregard the historical value as the first effort of liberty-autonomy-nature. As the element of liberty in Donghak was the pursuit of limited class liberation by success in life to the Yangban class, it could not assure actual class liberation, but it's element of equality had an ardent wish to get liberation. Donghak's wish to autonomy was reduced to Jipgangso and Doso. Donghak also had showed the respect to nature.
