This study aims to investigate the effects of medical tourism service quality on satisfaction and relationship continuity intention among Chinese medical tourists.
To achieve this purpose, questionnaire was developed based on previous study and data were collected by FIT as well as package medical tourists from China. Then the data and hypotheses were examined using SPSS12.0.
The result of this study shows that medical tourism service quality have a great effect on the customer satisfaction and relationship continuity intention. And it has been found that the customer satisfaction is a mediating effect between medical tourism service quality and relationship continuity intention.
These findings suggested fundamental data for medical tourism policy to attract Chinese medical tourists to Korea. The contribution and limitations of this research were discussed and the future possible researches were mentioned.
