Despite a rapid growth of the food service industry & culture, the Islamic restaurant are not popular in Korea. Thus, the purpose of this study is to identify the interference factors in choosing Islamic restaurants and examine the relations between the customers' lifestyle and those. Through the operational definition, some factors, such as the self-satisfaction and trend-pursuit tendency, were selected in lifestyle factors and factors are constructed by the cognition of the religious/cultural difference, the unfamiliarity, and the personal preference('not to my taste'). The major findings are as follows. Statistically significant positive relation was found between interference factors and customers' life style. Especially among interference factors, the cognition of the religious difference, unfamiliarity and 'not to my taste' were more positively related to self-satisfaction factor, and the cognition of the cultural difference are more positively related to trend-pursuit tendency.
