In this study, by presuming that development of cultivation teams, the
most basic organization of producers, was most important in activation of
local agricultural producers' organization, intended to identity what the most
preferentially necessary elements and requirements were in development of
cultivation team organization. For this, the courses of cultivation team
development were examined and, through survey on 2 cultivation teams
in Namwon region, plans for cultivation team development in the coming
days were proposed. In order for this, investigation was carried out by
categorizing cultivation teams into general cultivation team and distributiontype
cultivation team. Also, differences between these two types were analyzed.
Results of investigation are summarized as follows. Distribution-type
cultivation team, in comparison to general cultivation team, displayed the effect of uplifting receiving prices and improving sales for farmhouses
through harmony among the three elements, such as awareness of the
members of cultivation team, support by agricultural cooperatives and
various aids from administrative bodies. It was pointed out that, in order to
develop general cultivation teams into distribution-type cultivation teams,
continuous training on the members of cultivation team and reform of their
awareness were necessary. Also, to promote the projects of cultivation team,
necessity has been raised to use joint brand and to implement the system
of joint forwarding, selection and calculation among cultivation teams.
